Dr Abimbola Windapo is an Associate Professor of Construction and Project Management at the Department of Construction Economics and Management, University of Cape Town, South Africa. She is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), a Registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and a Registered Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).
She has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. She practices in, writes, lecture and research on the practice and performance of construction businesses and projects – compliance to building/health and safety regulations, construction innovation, sustainability, contractor development and project delivery processes.
She is also the Editor of the Journal of Construction Business and Management (JCBM) a University of Cape Town and Obafemi Awolowo University initiative.

Dolapo Amole is a Professor in the Department of Architecture, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She had her B.Sc, M.Sc and PhD in Architecture at the same University. She has had about 20 years experience teaching Research Methods in the Department of Architecture. She has supervised 6 PhD candidates, 5 Mphil and is currently supervising 7 M.Phil/PhD candidates. She has co-authored 3 monographs on Architectural Research. Dolapo Amole was a member of the team which organized the first workshops in Nigeria on Research Methods in Architecture.
She is currently a member of the Faculty Postgraduate committee and a member of the Editorial Boards of international and local journals. She has a wealth of experience facilitating proposal writing workshops. Her research areas include Students Housing; Environment and Behavior; and Gender and the Built Environment.
